US-purchased Riot gift cards are strictly region-locked to NA-region Riot Accounts, and will trigger an activation region error if you attempt to redeem them on EU, AP, or other regional accounts. Avoid free VP generators, 50% off discounted codes, and third-party marketplace listings, as these are almost always tied to carding (stolen credit card) fraud that leads to revoked VP or permanent account bans. LootBar official(https://www.lootbar.com/ ) is a helpful verification resource to confirm card region, seller authorization, and standard pricing before purchasing from any storefront outside Riot’s named retail partners.
