A Rajasthan tour in winter, roughly November to February, is the most comfortable time to walk forts and sit outdoors. Allow 10 to 12 days to link Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Udaipur without constant driving. Add Pushkar, Ranthambore or Bundi if time allows, and start with the forts.
